Q: public transport between Prague Ruzyne airport and the Main Railway Station A: Journey from the Prague airport to the Main Railway station can easily take 20-40 minutes (it depends on the traffic). The best way is to use a taxi. Another option is to take bus no.119 to Dejvicka metro, line A and at Museum change for line C and continue up to “Hlavni nadrazi” Station). Do I need my own notebook? A: All participants are kindly asked to deliver their presentation on a CD carrier (preferably to be submitted together with the paper both in a camera-ready form and on an electronic carrier - by September 10, 2004 to Ms.Pavlina Nesvadbova, DHI Hydroinform a.s., Na Vrsich 5, 100 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic). All presentations will be copied to “an official presentation notebook” - to avoid problems and delays with setting notebooks during the sessions. Q: How is arrange the Insurance? A: NATO will not pay for Travel and/or Health Insurance. Our advice is that you should purchase your own travel insurance so that you are covered if you should not arrive for any reason (and NATO will not refund the cost of tickets), and also arrange your personal health insurance. You agree to release the NATO, as well as the subject ARW organizers and their agents, from any and all liabilities arising from any and all injuries, illnesses, accidents or personal property losses, sustained for whatsoever causes, in connection with your travel to and from, and attendance of, the said NATO ARW. |
